This weeks theme is SWIM. In the last month I’ve made a bunch of swimwear and plan on posting my creations as soon as I get the nerve to model swimwear after a baby! Anyways – check out the great freebies below:
I really like the halter top for this one. That helps give support and doesn’t squash your boobs so they are non-existent. The bottoms have ruching on the front and back. I don’t really know what this does for your crotch, but it typically helps your butt look better!
Note: Sizes 6-12US. Downloading the pattern is super simple but the instructions are minimal.
Who doesn’t love a good bikini? I typically end up wearing bikini tops when I get store bought swimsuits because they never have the proper cup size vs underbust size (I’m having a brain fart with what that’s called).
Note: You have to have an account with BurdaStyle to download this. I believe this is a one size – but you can grade it out.
3. Nap Time Creations – Swim Cover
This comes in sizes XS-XXL! I need a swim cover SO BAD. I actually already have bought the fabric and just need to make it.
Note: The link to download the pattern directs you to Craftsy – you’ll need an account to download it there.
Ooh, good one! I can’t believe how long I waited to make swimwear. It’s awesome! Really liking the tops on these freebies!
I was so scared of swimwear… I won’t lie though.. I’m OVER IT. It’s not the easiest thing LOL
