#maxisewalong – Free Patterns and Tutorials

Have you joined the Maxi Sew-Along yet? If not, you should! It’s a fun way to challenge yourself, have fun and make new friends. Plus, having another maxi dress for the summer is always a win!

The best part about a maxi dress is that you really don’t even need a pattern – they are that easy to make! You can easily trace your favorite tank top and just add length or make a large square and add elastic for top and waist to make a sleeveless option.

  2. Thanks for these. I don’t have time to commit to a sewalong just now but at some point I’m going to give that Boho maxi dress a go. I have a load of grey stretch that just wasn’t inspiring. Didn’t think of dying it!!

    1. I always forget about dying too but there are some great examples out there! Good luck!
