This month I made something for little Mr. Nikolai. It’s much more fun to make him clothes and he’s a great model! Once again I’ve gone with a Brindille & Twig pattern. I adore her patterns and I use them over and over again. This one is the Zip Crew Sweatshirt.
I sized down from what B&T recommended because I like a bit of a snugger fit. I think it’s actually a little too wide for him currently. My boy is tall and skinny so usually I’ll make a smaller size and add an inch in length. The jacket is the 18-24 month size. His measurements at the time were: chest 20″, waist 20″, height 36″ and inseam 12″.
