Have you ever had grand plans for something, were super excited, have this vision in your head, order all the fabric, get started and it all just goes downhill? Because that was this project. I saw this amazing pink plaid fabric from Minerva Crafts and had my heart set on making a pant suit for work. My problem was thinking that I had the time to deal with a BurdaStyle pattern. Don’t get me wrong, I love Burda but they are not for the faint of heart. I’ve actually made a few of their patterns with great luck. Not this time. I made 3 muslins of the pants and then just gave up hope. Then I remembered McCall’s 6707 that I’ve made 2 times before and figured that would be perfect.
